Tracey Pace

Mrs. Pace is the founding director at Heritage Counseling, Inc. located in Effingham County, Georgia.   She holds an M.Ed. in Counselor Education – School Counseling, a Master of Science in Administration – Public and Doctorate in Biblical Theology. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, a Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Child Custody Evaluator and a Child Adolescent Developmental Specialist (Behavioral). Mrs. Pace has been working with families and the court system for over 20 years. Her extensive post graduate training in Testing and Assessment has earned her the highest testing qualification level (C) with PAR Psychological. Prior to her entry into private practice, Ms. Pace was a Georgia Air National Guard officer and a Certified School Counselor working with middle school students. She has presented and consulted in the areas of professional ethics for clinicians and school counselors, values awareness, parental rights in counseling, a range of forensic topics and HIPAA/HITECH compliance.  She currently serves as the President-Elect of Georgia’s Licensed Professional Counselor Association. She is married to J. Edwin Pace III and they have 5 children and 15 grandchildren.
